At The Shepherd’s Academy, learning is joyful, personal, and centered on Christ.
Each day, students grow in wisdom, character, and confidence through hands-on learning and caring relationships.
FAITH & LEARNING
Every subject is taught from a Biblical worldview, helping children see God’s truth in all areas of life. Students begin each day with Bible lessons, prayer, and music, learning to worship God through song and movement. Faith isn’t just a subject—it’s part of everything we do.
INDIVIDUALIZED LEARNING
Every child has an individual learning plan. Teachers use adaptive technology to help each student master skills in reading, math, and other core subjects. This approach ensures that all children can achieve grade-level competence and grow beyond it.
CREATIVE LEARNING & PLAY
Children learn best when they can explore, create, and move. Our program includes art, music, STEM, and outdoor exploration, giving students opportunities to use their hands and minds together. In the afternoons, students engage in meaningful, project-based activities that nurture life skills like collaboration, responsibility, and leadership, all within a Christ-centered environment.
MEALS & TRANSPORTATION
Students enjoy free breakfast and lunch each day
Transportation may be available depending on the family’s location and available funding. We are working to expand this support each year.

We plan to open with Kindergarten through 3rd Grade classes, adding a grade each year. Tuition assistance is available through the NC Opportunity Scholarship and other financial partnerships.
